An Indian Guy Scammed me with $ 300

I am been scammed by an Indian Guy with an amount of $ 300.


It was a project of web Design given to him, the total deal was $ 670 and i paid him $ 300 as upfront amount.

It was done in Feb, and till May he remained in contact with me, but after then he just moved away. I looked for his details of IP address, and other contact details and i am still working over it at my free time.

Below are the detail i have collected so far, and i am very soon going to file a charge sheet,...

Please guys check these details as i know that still that guy is on DP with a new user name, as he keep on changing his user names.

I have this and blah blah info about him, currently i am looking for some more info, as still i need to confirm his personal information, i am already working over it.

I have several guys over Digital Point and other forums who are been scammed by this guy, you can Google it, and you will find a lot of reviews against him.

Guys i am advising you that don't deal with such stupid guy, well i am not sure how one can predict for such a result, but make a confirmation that do read it, and let me know your views that how i can stuck this guy.

Most probably you will be thinking of Paypal to refund me, but the time had passed away and already 5-6 months passed away for payment, more over for filing a charge sheet, the information provided must be 100% confirmed, and i am working over its confirmation.

Remember one thing mate! If you want to give your project to any professional then always prefer a company, not single freelancers. Because cheating is very common in today's world. A lot of people worship wealth.

 

What did you expected ? China , India , Nigeria , Russia & Romania are the horror 5 .

9/10 times that someone from those places offers you something it is a scam whether it is a full blown scam or a quality scam (you get something that is crap but you will believe is quality stuff ).

Ever heard of buyer beware ?

 

don't take this personally, but I have seen many review about Indian scammers. most of scammers come from Asia. it because of they are developing countries, as it, their thoughts are also not developed.

I have been scammed two times about $100. they two are from India.

don't misunderstand, that I am not telling all Indians are scammers, I do know trusted sellers and freelancers who are from india.

 

Don't start throwing allegations around for Asians in general. I have had the pleasure with dealing with lot's of asians who have all been okay.

@Top Starter, When you are dealing with large amounts of money, use a middle-man or a money holding company. Also, didn't it occur to you after a couple of months with no work shown or progress they were attempting to scam you?
