I was wondering if anyone would be interested in an american IP. The way I would supply it is giving you full access to a high speed pc in USA. It would be done with logmein.com You think alot of people would be interested? (I'm not selling this service now, I'm just asking if this service would be interesting)
There use to be a service like this: remotedsl.com They had to change the terms of the agreement and are now bigzilla.com and offer a slightly different but essentially same service. There is a market for the service you described.
there will be extremely extremely high demand for the following reason: NBC, FOX, ABC etc. all bar users from watching their online streams if you are outside the USA. This is incredibly annoying if, like me, you live in Europe and like american TV. Let me know when you start this service!

You'd get demand, but be very careful. Anything illegal (spamming, etc) done by your customers would be traced back to you. Maybe you could explain it by saying you're running this service, but maybe not until after you've already been sued or charges filed. Though most likely your ISP would get complaints and cancel your account before that type of thing happened... even if you convince them you're not the one doing the spamming or whatever, they may consider it reselling their service, which is probably against their ToS.
