   Hi. Why don't make a PM restriction for members with 0 posts? Let's say 10 posts or more? Just like in the marketplace - you cannot create topic if you do not have enough posts.

   As long as there is the Internet we will have all varieties of spam. If we require ten posts before allowing members private message privileges, we will just have more worthless garbage posted.
