Oh, be quiet. Fine. I'll let you follow your religion of praying to some imaginary food monster.

HERETIC! The Flying Spaghetti Monster is a lie, a falsehood meant to take away worship from the Teleporting Tortellini Amemboid! You and the rest of your believers in your false god will be burned alive in a large pot of flaming pesto sauce set on high heat for eternity!

It was fun being a Christian. Listening to fairy tales about Noah and the Ark. Then I grew older and started using logic. I came to realize logic and religion dont mix.

No, I have no religion. But I really don't like atheists. I'd have to say atheists and Islam are battling it our for the #1 spot on my asshole list.
Even having no religion, I refuse to call myself an atheist. I'd rather convert to a religion than be an atheist.

Umm...You might be right. In that case, we may say, thanks God, tomorrow, when I'll wake up, another 25,000 children will die of malnutrition...Thanks God, give me the strengh to believe in you, watching from above these little souls dying in pain and not even your little finger moving...

Are you saying that you do not believe in God because life here on Earth isnt perfect and blissful for all?

If you expect God to take care of all living creatures and make everything on Earth beautiful and pain free then you have no understanding of the way things are.

You see, we have here a thing called "Free Will" and Humans are actually resonsible for the suffering you mentioned above - Not God.

And where does 'Free Will' come into play for these poor soul that where unlucky enough to be born there in that kind of a place? sorry but We have nothing to do with where we are born.

Not to mention most of these places where there is major famine they can't grow anything in the soil. So unless we wait for technology to advance enough to help them out what do we do now?

Well, I would guess that the parents of those children somehow expressed some free will wouldnt you? I mean yeah sometimes a child is born because of rape, I understand that. But for the most part it is people crying "I cant take care of my children, I cant feed them.." yet they continue to keep having them

I am sorry that the world cant be a perfect place, I really am. I feel sorry for all those that suffer, but if we expect a God to step in and solve all our world's problems we will be dissapointed.

atheist is just a name dude. If you have no religion doesn't that mean you don't believe in any god? isn't that atheism wether you like calling yourself that or not? Oh, and why do you say atheists are assholes?

You know what I see and hear from atheists 24/7?
America is shit, Christians, Jews, and Buddhists are shit. Islam is just misunderstood but all in all, a peaceful religion, republicans are shit, democrats are good.

Atheists have tons of spine when calling out the idiocy in religions, until it comes time to call out islam and muslims, then they become silent.

Plus, the vast majority of them are hardcore liberals.

None of the above do I wish to be a part of.

EDIT: You know whats funny, if you had a Christian, Buddhist, Jew, and an atheist in a room being held captive by muslims, the atheist would probably be the first to have his head cut off. It's a toss up between the Jew and the atheist, but the atheist is getting his head cut off second, at best. Yet they have not a word to say about the religion of peace. Cute.

So, what is His purpose? Does He do something? Or is it just an invention by weaker people to have something to rely on?

What? You mean that if his purpose isnt to take care of every little thing on earth and make life perfect for everyone then he is for weaker people?

Im not really sure why you are asking me what God's purpose is. Do you think that I am an authority? Do you think that because I believe in God that I am responsible for educating or convincing you? Make up your own mind about what you want to believe or not believe.
