efficient setup means HIGH CTR / high eCPM - and traffic resulting in xk$/m

both sites have 0 traffic
if u take some time to study earlier adsense optimization threads here, you may easily see what setup is truly successful.

meanwhile I would never waste any time for adsense - invest in content leading to traffic. you may also spend some more time on the very basics - valid HTML code
