    you can search in google for seo quotes in your country and visit 3-4 sites , you will have a good idea.

    You should get in to the habit of using search engines as tools, search for an answer to your question first, if you come up empty on that, then you should ask your question in a forum (only after serching the forum for an answer).

    If you're looking to freelance as an SEO expert, be sure that you price yourself accordingly, use your findings as a starting point, and then undercut the cost. People are not going to pay top dollar for sub-par service. Do not make promises that you'll not be able to keep.

    Start with a search for SEO prices or SEO fees and go from there. You can add on services like content writing (by partnering with an experienced writer), article directory submission, link building, etc.
