An Easy html site

I want to build a new site, but im kinda clueless about how to build it, i tried many html free programs but they weren't any good..

so if any could please help me, i want an easy site where i can add articles easily and give users that ability to comment, easily to edit and can be indexed easily by search engines,

it doesn't have to be html anything will work the main thing is i can add articles easily and users can comment

please help me

 

If you are wanting users to be able to comment, you are gonna need a dynamic script like PHP. There are plenty of free scripts like what you are looking for at hotscripts.com.

 

Have you looked into signing up with as blogging company like blogger? Their servies will allow you too add articles with the functionality to allow users to comment. If you are only looking for a small feature set (like allowing comments) there is not need to code it yourself, uinless you need that full fucntionality of being able to change every little detail yourself

 

If you are looking for free site on which user can comment on your articles then you can use blogspot.com and if you want use a customizable website then you need to create that in wordpress if you are familiar with that and if not then you can get assistance from anyone who is willing to do this job for you but you can also do this PHP as Videospud said so in both cases you need to hire someone or need to give this as a project to anyone you want.
