i am starting a new directory that would accpet only first 500 submissions.the submission charges are 15$/link. then i would start link building of this directory and take it to pr5. why should you submit to this? bcoz less number of links will gurantee you quality and no one will give you pr5 for 15$. what is the gurantee that it would get pr5? 100% because i would keep working on it till it gets there which will most probably be next pr update. for any queries or for those who are interested pm me or post here. this will give you quality and pr.
