    No you can't your post should be deleted as Y is a controversial letter that is an enigma that can be seen as either a vowel or a consonant or neither and so is an entity unto it's self.

    Yes you can as that is the best question yet because it is the first question to be asked and being so is by far the most important question in the universe at this time.
