An Announcement For This?

Apprantly what happens in BST sections is many people search buying threads, or people who are looking for services.

They dont see the date when certain user was looking to buy such services and they still PM after even a year offering their services.

This is kind of spam, but actually many dont know they are doing something wrong. And reporting them can get them banned. I get too many of them. I report the blatant spammers who are like 0-10 posts. But some have more, and they are good members, maybe didnt know about this PMing for something that I was looking for a year or many months ago.

So maybe a rule saying that if they spam someone's inbox for such an old thing will be treated as spam and infractions will be handed?

Just an idea.
