An advertising domain for leasing.

I would like to know if anyone is interested in renting a PR2 advertising domain. A 5 character easy to remember domain. NNLLL.com

The way this will work is I will rent you the domain name and you can work on it as much as you wish. Any money you make will be yours to keep. You will have to pay a fixed monthly rent for it.

We will agree over the period of time you wish to rent it for and how much to pay too per month.

I am also willing to appreciate any work you put into it. So for every PR you improve it by you get a month free. So say you get it to PR4 you get (4-2) 2 Moths free.

If you take a large period of time then you can get a discount. The longer the period the bigger the discount.

I have made with this website over $20 in three months with NO effort put into it at all. So see what you can do with a bit of work?

If you then decide you want to buy the domain then I am willing to discuss this issue too.

If you need hosting I can give you an add-on site on my hosting account.

there is content on it too that you may wish to use if you want.

 

How does this work? If someone pays you to rent or lease your domain name, you just update the nameservers? And if they use your hosting is that an additional cost? Do you use cpanel? Just curious.

 

yeah thats right, i just update the nameservers.
at them moment its an add-on domain on my main website.

if they wish to use my hosting it'll be either for free or a very very low price.

 

What sort of monthly cost are you looking for?
