    Kontera is probably the most major. But neither AdSense nor YPN offer PayPal payment, no.

    For erotic advertisement you can use Ero advertising They payout with paypal to..... and best for our European users..... its calculated into euro. No big US$ loss anymore. They are there for a while have great service and have a good click price. I love them for our sites after having enough of the loss of the us$
