Personaly I distrust both of them. But a friend of mine is a member of success university and swears by it. The way to market to people should complete depend on what you are best at if you are a good networker go offline, if you are a good SEO then go online.
I haven't tried success univ yet but I've been into Amway years back. The only way you'll earn here is through recruits. In my case, Amway didn't work out for me. Recruiting takes too much time.
