I searched Amped Media and nearly all of this posts on this site were negative, the pattern outlined with the alleged frauding has been roughly the same. I hesitated and did NOT want to post anything like this publicly, so I was happy to see that AMJonathan was responding and asking for people to PM if they had problems. I did. Over 24-48 hours later and I haven't heard anything back. Maybe he's busy... So I called our manager (again) because our check is over six weeks late - but it was PROMISED to have gone out over a week ago. But we've found out that check STILL has not been sent because of 'accounting errors', now this is a 'priority' for AmpedMedia to send the check. They normally issue checks on the 15th, but for US they are going to make a 'special delivery' and I should've gotten that confirmation earlier this week - or today by the latest. No confirmation. If you were like us, you don't really care so much about the money, just working with reputable people who don't play GAMES with money. In our experience the actual 'scams' are easy to spot, but the playful ways of avoiding payment and the companies who take part in such activity, are usually much harder to spot. If you read my first post on this site you'll see we do a LARGE amount of volume by skipping CPA companies and working directly with companies. I will post again with some names of companies that have worked for us, well I supposed I'll do that if somebody asks for it. So again, I'm not calling AmpedMedia a scam, but if you were like me and looking for a company that pays with no funny business, you should probably keep looking. The wildest part, we are only talking about a few hundred dollars - I think less three - our typical min. for a manager to be involved is 1k/day, but we've been testing CPA companies and keeping our initial work low - to see if they give problems with payment... Amped Media has failed this test. As a note to everybody else, we have a legal team in place that handles items like this so if you have a similar problem I can look into dealing with your companies or sicking a legal team on them.
