hi all, any idea how many text ads we can have per account? i'm thinking coop has grown so large, i need to up the amount of variations for my anchors. trying to form a plan ... the # of variations would help me.
i wonder if shawn has plans on removing the limit. i know it's more administration though, but if it helps keep up your serps ... that would be great. coop has grown so much ... it's easy to hit a filter if you have loads of weight.
It will be raised (it's been discussed before). The reason for the 20 live ad limit currently is all the live ads are memory resident (stored in the server's RAM).
makes total sense ... i think the recent grief i've been experiencing with a particluar site was that coop gave me so much linkage for a few terms that i think it tripped a filter for those terms. i hsould have the made 20 ads versus 5 or 6 ... my bad. otherwise ... i still get g traffic for other terms, but my 3 gravy terms that seemed "bolted" to #1 aren't even in the index anymore. live and learn.
