    How many outbound links can we have on our website or a page.I mean is any % for these.

    I know outbound links should be relevant and under your niche with high PR website.Dont links to bad neighborhood all that.

    I have 40 on my entire site, some do say no more than 10% the number of pages.

    Think of it in juice terms... each link takes with it a bit of juice linking.
    If you got a lot of out bound links they take the juice out of your internal site links, so your site links become less powerful.
    Make your own decision on how many internal links you got on the page compared to how much outbound ones.
