Amount of Links V.S. Page Rank ???

    At what level of link building do you start to see raising in you google pagerank.
    Level 1 to Level 7. Besides the factor of age of domains. WHats the fastest any of you guys has raised page rank on a new domain website. (With link juice or without LInk juice form a high PR site) List your results and if you used link juice?:D :D :cool:
