I already got 5 offers in sedo, the highest offer was $1000(where as the amerikan(dot)com is not even accepting $10k offer, he wants to sell it for $56.3k).
Currently i need money, so should i sell it off or develop it? What should i develop into? (Currently in my mind im thinking it to develop into an Amerikan proxy website)

With the Alexa ranking the domain have, as well as with some traffic, If it was mine, I will keep it, and develop it, and then, in the future, I will sell it for a good price.
