US needs the oil and gas:

Thats why they tensing the situation in that region. By the way Georgia isnt far away from Iran ;) If Turkey wont be enough for US bases, they can easily fly to Georgia and receive some warm claps :D That is if Mr Saakashvili will be still in charge. The previous Georgian president criticized him for starting a war, so the next president wont be that stupid I guess:

This constant whining about MSM (main stream media) is more a case of sour grapes and a juvenile reaction than reality.

If RP had won a primary, come close anywhere, had a chance to win, wasn't a pariah about many in the Republican party and was therefore given little chance he would have gotten dramatically more coverage. Huckabee received very little coverage until he won the Iowa caucas. Then he got tremendous coverage. Basically I don't see an endless stream of complaints about media coverage from 16 primary candidates in either party who aren't getting their party's nomination. I do see an endless stream of blame on MSM from the supporters of one primary candidate. Quit whining.

Maybe if the RP supporters had worked instead of whined he might have gotten more coverage.

I've read a lot of coverage on the war in Georgia. I see a lot of coverage identifying Georgia as having started the conflict. I see a lot of coverage about incidents, advice, etc. that might have spurred or alternatively prevented Georgia from making an effort against the secessionist states.

I've also seen a lot of coverage detailing the advance of Russian troops and armour into Georgia.

Maybe if people read wide coverage they might not attack the media or MSM. There are an amazing variety of opinions and commentary on the Russia/Georgia situation.

Israel receives plenty of attacks in the media. It also receives support. Maybe some people should spend a little time reading both sides of a story.

I would love to see a side-by-side comparison of this claim showing how "fair and balanced" the view of Israel is in this country.
