Ultimately the problem here is any respect any of us might have had for your posts, or any posts of those using that Avatar just went completely out the window as a result of the hypocrisy displayed. I have noticed here and in another thread, how some expect Muslims not to do any mistake or sin, yeah, there are Muslims who lie, there are Muslims who steal, there are Muslims who commit murder, there are Muslims who are hypocrites...etc so for example when somebody comes and say, hay! I found a Muslim who stole! this can has two meanings: 1 - Muslims (as a whole group) claimed that no Muslim ever stole something. 2 - non-Muslims find it something unusual to find a Muslim who is stealing. since Muslims never claimed that no Muslim ever stole something, then it is the second, I really appreciate this high value you have about Muslims and I hope this will encourage Muslims to do better, but do not be so surprised, some Muslims like in any other group, do make mistakes, the point is, does Islam encourages Muslims to "steal" and I say to "steal", not to "steal from other Muslims" as in some other religions or beliefs, where it isn't OK to steal from the followers of the same belief but OK to steal from others who do not follow the same belief as they. the other point, what is the percentage of those who follow Islam, and who do steal? is it higher than in other beliefs or less? maybe these statistics by nation master will give you an idea: robberies in USA: 420,637 ( that's 138.36 per 100,000) robberies in Saudi: 598 (that's 2.16 per 100,000)
Everyone makes mistakes iMad. That's in our nature as human beings. Its what we do when we recognize we've made one that displays our character.
of course the one who did a mistake needs to learn what wrong did he do and it is expected that he would act about it, this is not the point, the point is when we see a mistake we point at this mistake and the one who did it, not at the religion of the one who did it, or the prophet, it is then another mistake done by those who point at religion, that they need to learn and act about it, yet they do not.
