Buying AMC contract for our Website from India based vendor

We are looking for a Maintenance Contract for our Wordpress Based Website, the Scope of work will include the following:

• Content updates
  - Including blog (provided by us) which will be updated twice or thrice a week
  - Other content updates, especially those that may require coding access
• Graphical updates, including design...which may be required to be updated on website periodically (some monthly, some quarterly):
  - Website banners
  - jquery / moving elements (can provide examples of this)
  - Pie charts and similar graphical representations
  - Forms, and their integration with our CRM
• Ensure website loads at optimal speed
• Security from hacks and malware + Weekly Site backups
• Diagnosis and rectification of technical issues that may appear during AMC period
• Skype / Call and Email support and quick turnaround time for updates and issues
