    I am an associate of the Amazon and my site for amazon has Adsens too. Take a look at my Trend Setter Blog. In the middle of the page, you'll find a large rectangle by Amazon.

    I let the Adsense Management check the site and they said, nothing's wrong with it.

    Okay, I mean to say, the Team of Google's employees assigned to the Adsense program. They are the ones who manage the program.

    Yes. Login to your adsense account, check out the FAQ first then if your question is not answered, send an email. Adsense team have a link in there for you to contact them (basically a webform).

    That's true. And if they are not busy enough, they will imediately answer your queries. And then if you have more questions, just reply their email without deleting the query number in the email subject.
