You don't need a license to run an Amazon store, but some Amazon-related scripts require commercial licenses while others are free.

I wanted to open an Amazon Webstore and sell products that are listed on Amazon. I don't have any inventory, business licenses, EIN, TIN, or experience. I only have a registered domain name and can afford 59.99 a month.

I thought if I made only a 15 dollar profit (75.00 in total monthly sales) that it would be worth it.

You shouldn't need a business licence in the US at this time. Though you will have to pay income tax on your earnings! As to the future who knows?
