My friend developed a iframe who are able to insert cookie on user browser when the user surf on his website. In the cookie he set his amazon username and paff each visitors on his website have the cookie for 30 days. All visitors go shopping and he take a huge %. What you think about this tricks !?! Legit or Not ?!?
It's blackhat, will get you banned.. and it sounds like your friend doesn't really know what he's doing so it's going to get picked up quickly.
Cookie stuffing not blackhat, it's simply fraud in many countries and can result in exclusion from any affiliate program without payment together with other legal consequences. Just don't do it, since it's pretty easy to detect nowadays and illegal.
I'd say stop this now or Amazon is going to kick your friend's ass legally. We can speak more about this on this particular forum, if you know what I mean...
The amazon Cookie only lasts for 24 hours. Also your friends account will be banned before he gets payment because it takes so long for them to pay they will find out before he is able to get paid. --Madmurphy
That's how the short-term way of thinking works... It's taken me over a year to start making any money worth mentioning through affiliate programs etc. but I would never swap that slow, steady progress for a quick buck that could be gone tomorrow...
It can be impossible to get back in once you have been banned for blackhat techniques. You can make more money in the long range with a site with good content and relevant aStore products. Don't try this!
