    Please where can I get free Terms of Service that covers Amazon TOS that requires associate to state clearly on thier sites that they are affiliates. Thanks!

    you can find in there site amazon.com -- but if you are looking for checking the link of your code in amazon affiliates you can find in your account.. but you need to registered or approved first.
