The site has tremendous potential for good coop weight. The site has generated a little income and sales from both AdSense and Amazon, but no where near it's potential. The store is a little different from most of your canned Amazon style stores in that I have heavily customized it by adding a PPC area for CJ/Azoogle ads, as well as another area for Chitika ads. Overall I think you will find the site to be quite unique and well put together. There are multiple potential revenue streams given the right amount of promotion.

The site has around 16,400 pages indexed in Google and growing. I estimate it could hit around 40k, though no guarantees on this, nor do I guarantee it will stay there. I created the site back in April of 06 and have put little in the way of promotion into it.

Some info about the site. It's using the latest GhostScripter Amazon script, 5.4. I paid someone to highly customized this script to include:

1. Seo features including adding h1 tag, adding product title to images, using h2 and h3 tag in products.

2. Custom re-write of mod rewrite ability so urls are unique from how the script ships.

3. Custom template design. This is not a standard template. I designed it and it along with the css, buttons, etc. Was going for a clean, inviting look.

4. Special coding to help prevent dupe content penalty. If you navigate to a product, read the reviews and take note, then refresh the screen, you will see the review content is different each time. While many of the pages of this site were indexed PRIOR to my using this technique, I have newer sites that use it and do not show "supplemental result." Will be happy to provide a newer site I've used this technique on from the beginning to show results. PM for details.

5. Added in similar products, which is not in the delivered template.

There's a lot of work in the site and the script. While it is a commercial script, I've put much effort into it, and again, paid to have it developed, to be different in looks and how content is presented. As mentioned before, I also customized it to include the affiliate includes for Chitika, CJ, Azoogle ads, etc..

Lots of earnings potential and coop weight potential here. I have a number of these "project" sites that I have hung onto for some time and due to my involvement in the KingBloom Directory as of late, I just do not have the time to do these sites any justice.

Some things to note:

Transfer/setup of the site to the buyer. The buyer needs to have a linux based (preferably redhat) system, php, mod rewrite ability, access to setup/create mysql database. In the cache folder, there are three subfolders. Each of those need to be chmod to 777. Also should setup the cron on the file that clears the cache.

I have no control over coop weight or indexed pages. The site is sold as it is now, and I am not responsible if these things change.

The buyer should purchase a copy of the script from www.ghostscripter.com, as I am not selling that.

The purchase does not includ support on the site or the script. I will help where I can, but my support is limited. You should know what you are doing.

As a special bonus I will gladly include the "alt text/keywords" that I focus on to get this site ranked. Also, this site was added to over 130 PR3 or higher directories (which I paid for), and includes a FREE KingBloom Premium listing, where the site is also listed now. (which appears to be its sole backlink at the moment) I can continue to host the site for $9.95/mo., or $99/yr (as I own a web hosting company in it's 10th year)

I really wish I had more time to spend promoting this site. I have other very successful stores working quite well for me, one of which has been doing about $40/day in referral fees with Amazon. If i buy the site and the script will I get all of the files where i only need to change the license name and will still have all of the pages that are indexed?

Correct, though I cannot guarantee what google will do with their index from one day to the next. In theory, yes. The domain is registered via OpenSRS/Tucows. We are a Tucows Reseller and can push the domain to your Tucow/OpensSRS acccount if you have one, or simply go in and edit the owner/user and any other information on the domain to help expedite any transfer. If you need to, I will gladly give you a user/pass to the website/directory for this site on our server so that you can move things at your leisure. Basically I am saying whoever buys the site can have access to the web site / directory the site resides on for as long as they require to move it. Of course if you choose to stay we can of course host the site for $99/yr.

Must be just my bad luck, I guess. I keep getting a 404. I even get a 404 when trying to point to any site in your sig, which is why I figured your server must be having connectivity issues.

That is a bit strange... Just an FYI, I am an ISP. The signature links you see are on different servers, and I am typing this from the very network all the servers reside on. It is pretty unlikely there are any network issues on this end.

Do you have any traceroutes from where you are? I would be interested to see what the issue might be.
