    Is it against Amazon rules to put their affiliate links on a website that is online store or the website needs to be a content/review related website.

    ex. I have a website that sells electronics (tablets, headphones, laptops) and want to put Amazon affiliate links for accessories for the items that i sell

    You can put your links on any site you want as long as you generate the links according to Amazon's rules. The only thing I would avoid is putting links on sites with questionable content such as adult content, drug content, gambling content, and things of that nature.
