Amazon products on Facebook and AdWords

Hi to everyone. I'm new here and it's my first post in this great forum.

I'm going to start working with Amazon Affilates but have some unclear moments.

I want to sell products by Facebook or Google Adwords directing traffic to Amazon products due to direct links. I don't know whether it's legal or not and want to be sure about this uncertain thought.

I've found in the internet, how to form this direct link :

http://www.amazon.com/dp/ASIN_number/?tag=associate_ID

Is it right?

If I were you, I would start here http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=508088 and keep reading through their on site info to find out what they allow and what they don't. No better source for them than themselves, IMO

I want to know about it from users... As I know it's forbidden to work with direct link .
Do anyone was blocked or continue working without any problems?

In my opinion you should always play by the rules with Amazon - they will figure out what you are doing and because it takes 60 days+ to get paid, a lot of your earnings will just be held back.

Play by the rules, be patient and you will succeed.
