    I Did some research and this is called Lazy Susan Display menu

    It looks like you would either need to be handy with flash, or pay someone to do it.

    Yeah, the link you gave is definitely made with Flash. But then, if you are serious about e-commerce, why do you need this? I have spent much time running online shops and I have discovered that people love the simple thing. They tend to buy more if the layout is clear and the navigation and ordering is straightforward. Always use a baby test before you put something online - if your niece doesn't understand how to get around your shop, it is likely, you will lose clients and lose money.
