    Aloha,

When I create an AdWords campaign I need to write a display URL, but what should I write if I want to try linking to Amazon as an associate.

Amazon itself are already running PPC ads, so I'm not allowed to write "amazon.com".

Can I write for example "amazon.info/com"? I have tried to look in the operating guidelines for associates, but it doesn't really say anything about PPC ads.

    Thanks, mads

You cannot use amazon in your URL as per their guidelines. You can link to your site and then link off your site to them (even redirect?) but use your URL. It is a very difficult business to do PPC for amazon and to make a profit -- very few succeed with low commissions (5-7%) and average sale of $20-$30.
