Amazon payments, payments declined and account locked ?

    Hi everyone,

    I used to order from Amazon all the time and never had any problems. However recently pay payment were declined or something ( and i got this email "We have placed a hold on your account because the billing details for your card did not match the details on file with the card issuer. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information." Though i'm a using amazon since 2013 and i spent a lot of $ with them using the same two card i always use since the 2013 and never had an issue like this !

    I emailed them the required info and even called both my two banks(CHASE MANHATTAN BANK and CITIBANK SOUTH DAKOTA) both of them told everything is good and no prob from there side. and called amazon customer service without any without any use they said someone will contact me within 24 hours and never did. I just don't understand why all this ? do they think it is a fraud payment or something, though i have been spending a lot on E-goods and videos games with them since 2013 ?



    So my Questions are :

    1.How does amazon check credit/debit payments ? i meant why do they get suspicious about about a purchase ?
    2. what credit/debit cards are best for my E-shopping that i might need to switch to if needed?
    3. Any idea how can i solve my issue with amazon it's been a week so far without any solution?
