I just started an account with Amazon and have reach the minimum payout. At what date do they normally pay. thanks
60 days after the month end. Usually around the 27th ish. of the month if direct to your bank. have a look at amazon affiliate help pages. https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/help/t3/
Hi, Anyone know a faster way to clear the cheque of Amazon? If I deposit the cheque to bank, it possibly take another 30 days to clear, right? Cos' I am an affiliate but out of US, UK.
In my experience they have always been about 2-3 months behind. Though they are getting better. Its nice income, better tracking and a lot more stable than Google IMO as of late however. Google pays quick and on time, however.
i have a problem to receive my cheque it to late more last month am not sure the the status of cheque . report from amazon it already paying but i don't get it.. what happend about it ? and if i want to tracing my cheque any one have a idea to tracking cheque from amazon.co.uk
Amazon.co.uk just sent cheque on 29 Jan 2009. You should be receiving this payment in the next 7-10 days.
I`m surprised some of you say that it takes 30 days to clear a cheque. I`m in the UK and receive my cheques from the US. I bank them, and they clear within a couple of weeks, no longer.
Yah, i got like $3100 at the end of January, and am waiting on the niche Christmas one at the end of february... $8700.
Yeah, Christmas was absolutely bonkers for us. No signs of a slow economy given we had about a 4% increase over last years sales. Meager, but certainly not doom and gloom. Should see that payment in a month or two though. As for last month, and now February, sales are WAY up over last year. I'd say 25%.
Some of the figures being posted here sound a bit like fantasy. I know some Amazon Associates make a lot of money, but I find it difficult to believe some of the stats being thrown around in here.
Those that find it difficult are the ones that fail, or don't try at all, IMO. Just because you are skeptical does not mean that what others have reported is not accurate. I'd have to say that of all the affiliate and or CPC programs I have used, Amazon has offered the most bang for the buck in terms of effort. Its also the most consistent. The reporting while delayed by a day, is extremely nice as well.
That's not something that is easily comparable. They are two very different animals and two very different programs. With eBay, the conversion rate appears to be much higher in my case. However, the overall cost of building, maintaining and selling Amazon vs. eBay, Amazon appears to win. Of course I've yet to devise the same strategy for eBay that I have with Amazon. I am in the process of doing so however. I'd imagine with the higher conversion rate, I should see a larger earning from eBay all things being equal. However, I'm comparing Amazon at this point with affiliate based marketing and CPC programs when I talk about the larger overall consistent payout and earnings, not a similar product feed/niche' store and commission based earnings model.
