    Full review site making sales regularly. Recently stopped updating due to time restrictions so after december earnings fell a little bit. If it get's traffic from updating it makes money on a regular basis as long as it is updated every 1-2 weeks. All the traffic that it has made money from has been organic I haven't paid for any of it.
    The website has a long list of organic search terms being found in google and they are all specific to the niche it's in.
    About 1k Unique visitors a month, very good bounce rate for a niche site and has mutliple keywords on the first page of google!
    The reason I am selling is that I am moving away from IM, I want to focus more on MLM and relationship marketing so I just want to get this site sold.
    It is averaging $55/month with amazon and I don't currently use adsense on it.
    Site also comes with the Thesis theme (a $97 cost on it's own!)
