Haven't done any keyword specific link building, yet, because of the domain age and authority, and the non competitive keyword, the website is on page 8 of Google for "Churchwarden pipe" and in Page 1 in Yahoo and Bing.


I redesigned the website a couple of months ago and added the products from amazon
Traffic is 50% from Google 25% from Yahoo, 25% from Bing (10 uniques / day)

Revenue is about $5 / month , pretty good for such a low traffic.
wordpress plugin used to build this website is worth $80, and the licence will be included in the sale.





So, I'll make it easy for the buyer, bring the website to top 3 in Google (it's an easy keyword) and you will be making the same amount that you will spend buying the website per month.

Why Am I selling and not doing the work myself ? I simply need urgent money.

Interesting niche! And, as far as I can tell, the site is very well done. I like how you do not make it obvious that the eventual purchase will be from Amazon (Not that you cloak it or anything like that). That is one of the things I do not like how Amazon Associates handles the widgets and links they give you... they are more interested in promoting Amazon Associates and the Amazon brand name than success of the Associate or completing sales.
