Amazon Marketplace seller unable to fulfill order after payment...

    Hello all,

    I am new to the boards and fairly new at ordering online. I bought some DVD sets through Amazon.com Marketplace from a company in Florida. I placed the order, and Amazon.com indicated shipment. I get emails from the sell saying they are unable to fulfill the order and the refund will be issued immedieatly. My question is: since Amazon already paid them, how will I know when I will get my refund? Will it appear on the order information area? Has this problem happened to anyone else? Any responses are welcome.

    Wrong forum, but as soon as they instruct amazon to refund your payment, you'll receive a cancellation email from amazon. That is unless your email filter thinks that it's spam and sends it to your spam folder, which happens often
    I would assume you should be able to view order status from your account screen

    I sell boooks on amazon on the marketplace. You should be able to get a refund. Money should go back into you account after three or four days. Have you rated this comany badly. You ought to
