I'm sure you're all familiar with the amazon kindle business model. Does anyone know the licensing procedure used to sell digital copies of author's original work? for example, I'm sure there is a clause the the kindle is secure and the books aren't posted for download except on that platform. Also, would they have to make deals with individual authors or publishers to obtain rights to resell?
