    I'm putting http://www.hebbardsgifts.com/ up for sale. It is a PR1 running Wordpress and http://AWSpress.com plugin. Also has a nice AdSense theme from http://themey.com

    High paying keyword niche (Jewellry).

    No revenue, no traffic (well, 15 uniques this month, not worth posting screens).
