    Domain was registered in 2014 and when it expired I registered it again (in June 2015), So domain age now is few months

    Buyer didn't respond. I contacted him many times for first few months, but he showed no interest to get site/domain transferred to him. One year later I had to pay for domain renewal, so it legally belongs to me again. It's not unfair or scam in any way.

    Yes, happend to me aswell, the buyer gave up on paying one website and I had to get it back
