Amazon.co.uk 4% referral rate?

Amazon.co.uk switched over to monthly payments along with amazon.com, but this month I have been getting 4% referral rates despite being signed up for the performance tiers(and the items were not electronics). Anyone else seeing this?

Are you over the sales threshhold for the month? And have you double checked that you are signed up for performance? Some of us got switched back and had to go click on it again.

I am definitely over the threshold and it definitely says I am definitely enrolled in the performance plan. Even if I was not over the threshold I should be receiving a 5% based on amazon.co.uk's tiers.

I would contact them. There definately seems to be something wrong.
They are better about replying to their emails than most other merchants.

Maybe it was all tied in to the same bug that had Amazon US getting quarter to date data, mixed up with month to date data. So my report was saying that I needed 80 more sales to reach the next tier for the month. They seem to have straightened it out yesterday, so maybe your reports were related.

Oh well, this problem hasn't been fixed on my account whatsoever.
I was so upset when I found out that I am being paid 4% at the present
even though I was on 6.5% and with 73 sales to go for reaching the 7%
comissions, so I sent an email in regards yesterday to their support.

No reply from them, so I sent a 2nd one and the answer arrived very quickly:

Oh well, this really sucks, and big time. At least this is how I see it.
In order to start each and every month with the lowest comission of
4% it will be very hard to make some decent money with Amazon.

In the beginning I thought that monthly payments are a great way to go
but now I think exactly the opposite. They're only doing themselves a favor
as they are paying us less this way.

Maybe it's time to close our shops to Amazon and open them with some
of those paying more decent comissions, like 15% to 25% per sale.

I have several US shops, yes.
And this is the answer that I just sent to them, as reply on the above email of theirs that I copied for you:

The number of sales needed to reach the next level has been dramatically reduced, so I think I am going to be better off. I think I will reach the next threshhold at least one month out of every three, and I never would reach it on the quarterly system. I like getting that first big bump with the seventh sale of the month.
