    Most countries need around 2-4 weeks, maybe even more. India has no issues with checks, I've seen plenty of topics from Indian people that earn normally ;)

    I have account with Union Bank of India and they ask me fill in 3 copies of those forms and attach the check with it. Check get cleared after 3-4 weeks.
