Hmmm.... it looks a little too much like the Apple site. The question a random surfer will ask when he gets to your site is "What is this site all about?". Its not very clear what your intentions are with regard to the type of content you have here.

 

Not bad looking design, (tho I felt a little "put-off" because it looked too similar to apple).
But as froobra said, it's not clear what you are trying to achieve with the site content.

Maybe a better logo with the words "MP3 search monkey" inside it would help.
Great choice of domain name.

Thanks all, the domain was used for a different project so ive just put my latest idea on it and try to make it fit, I know it doest "fit" 100%, we all kow thee things are long term though so onward we go!
