    Having am amazon associate ID with amazon.com can I refer people to amazon.co.uk and get comission or the associate ID is bound to a particular domain of amazon?

    I believe you need to apply on the uk website as well to get credit for uk purchases.

    I have an amazon ID for each of the available Amazon affiliate programs.

    In fact your links will be something like this:

    xxxx-20 for USA, xxxx-21 for UK, etc, etc.
