    Hi, just a quick question. Im running Mr Rats free Amazon Shop script on my site. Basically, Im wondering if I should disallow indexing of the the shop via my robots.txt file. It would be considered as duplicate content would it not and I could therefore incurr duplicate content penalty on the site if it gets indexed?

    I say let the site be indexed, otherwise you'll never be in the SERPs to begin with which is worse than having a dup content penalty. Also, try changing around your template a little if it's possible with your software. This may help reduce the chances of being penalized.
