I was wondering how people find their Amazon sales during summer?

I'm thinking that online sales in general will drop because so many people are out the house or on holiday.

How are your Amazon summer sales?

It all really depends on your niche. Try asking people in the same niche as you.

Go through the Amazon Bestsellers list to see what's popular right now, then start promoting them.

Yes different products sell at different times of the year. The key is to diversify your efforts so that every month you're hitting them with the right product.

What sells during the summer? Go for those products to promote.

There's a natural drop in sales every year in direct mail as well around this time of the year and right after Christmas as well. After Christmas for obvious reasons, but the summer because more people go on vacations and people are outdoors more and away from their computers. Sales should begin to pick up with the back to school crowd and gradually build until peaking again in Nov and Dec before dropping off again at the beginning of the year. Happens every year like clockwork. Some niches experience it more than others. Check Google's Local Trends Tool for evergreen niches that have been around for years.

Not sure what you are promoting, but mine has not dropped a single bit. May be you should look at some other niche.
