Global Deals Direct by Amazon, Hello,
I have a website with Amazon Affiliate and an approved Amazon Associate. I have developed a custom html5 web site over here and have had pretty good success rate so far. It is called Global Deals Direct (Worldwide) http://globaldealsdirect.skybridgedomains.com/index/globaldealsdirect/index.html

Feedback would be good. I would also welcome suggestions if it is worth joining the Ebay Affiliate program or since Amazon is working great then how about Ebay Affiliate as well?

I like how your site is linked into so much social media... some of your links don't work though, which is a no-no. As for your choice btw eBay and Amazon affiliate programs, the great thing about the Amazon program is it's huge selection. I know people who make a living purely from their program across dozens of niches. Plus, Amazon is a very trustworthy brand, which is invaluable when the products your site seems to promote are in such competitive markets. And when your customers buy from Amazon, they almost always buy more than one product... and you get commission on all those purchases when they first click your link!

eBay's program is best suited for high-end products, like electronics, because eBay pays out quite little for bids when the product in question is not purchased. But payouts for when expensive items are bought can be quite high... I guess you just have to point the customer on their way and hope you earn the "winning bid" fee if you use this program.

Also man, for your website, I would boil down a value proposition for the web business. It's a good name and a good design, but it doesn't tell me why I should keep coming back instead of going somewhere else (like Amazon!) Maybe list some discounts or have social comments... Just something to think about.

    I hope this helps.

I'll just go by your title.

I've been trying amazon on one of my sites, with no success. Good traffic, very few conversions, which tells me the market is so freaking over saturated.

I did ebay 4-5 years ago and it was relatively good.

So, you should probably stick to ebay for now.
