Amazon - 25k Coop Weight - Software

I'm offering for sale my computer software Amazon store.

The site has 25k coop weight which is far more than I can use. I have other sites with smaller amounts of weight which serve my purposes better.

The site was put up in January of this year. It has been a PR6 for each update until the last, when I had decreased the overall weight pointing to the main front page. Could easily be a PR6 again.

There are Adsense earnings. Since I cannot disclose those publicly, I'll offer a little rhyme; if a deer can be referred to as a buck and last month was deer season, you would have bagged 35 deer.

Some info about the site. It's using the latest GhostScripter Amazon script, 5.4. I've highly customized this script to include:

1. Seo features including adding h1 tag, adding product title to images, using h2 and h3 tag in products.

2. Custom re-write of mod rewrite ability so urls are unique from how the script ships.

3. Custom template design. This is not a standard template. I designed it and it along with the css, buttons, etc. Was going for a clean, inviting look.

4. Special coding to help prevent dupe content penalty. If you navigate to a product, read the reviews and take note, then refresh the screen, you will see the review content is different each time. While many of the pages of this site were indexed PRIOR to my using this technique, I have newer sites that use it and do not show "supplemental result." Will be happy to provide a newer site I've used this technique on from the beginning to show results. PM for details.

5. Added in similar products, which is not in the delivered template.

There's a lot of work in the site and the script. While it is a commercial script, I've put much effort into it, to be different in looks and how content is presented.

While the earnings are ok, the real value is the coop weight.

Starting bid is $700 for this unique site. I will PM a trusted member here my reserve price and once met, will update the thread that it has been met. Once/if reserve is met, I will set a BIN price and a closing date. This will ensure somone can purchase at the BIN, OR, at least win the auction if the reserve is met.

How old is the site?

Are there any incoming links which will disappear when the site is sold?

What was the last Quarterly total revenue from Amazon?

Is all the traffic natural, or was there any PPC traffic?

Just under the coop weight link above. Up since January of this year.

Links appear and disappear daily, as I use the coop on the site. The site is listed in some directories, but mostly it is the coop that makes up the bulk of it's links. One only need use the 25k to repoint links to the site.

Traffic is natural as can be. It either comes from search engines, or from clicks on coop links. I've never used PPC, Adwords or anything else for traffic.

how come your site has 25k weight as the pages indexed by google is just 48k

KRJ, nothing special. I currently have on a linux based cpanel account with 300mb file space. It needs php, and it needs mod-rewrite, which virtually every server has. The pages are cached (but caching can be turned off), so I go in once a month and clear the cache though the admin panel. Obviously you wouldn't want to host it on a home based computer though.

 

what is the bin by the way?

 

I don't know the algorithm of google or the coop to be able to answer that.

BIN is not determined. There is a reserve and I will PM that to those that actually bid. Once the reserve is met, it will become a three day auction and I will set a BIN price. Once reserve is met, someone will own the site within three days, or unless BIN closes the deal.

 

Can this be customised for the UK as well?

Yes, the script can be customized for the UK and several other countries. However, I'm not up to date on what or if Amazon sells software through their UK division.

Take a look at www.ghostscripter.com and see their demo. Not sure how up to date it is, but you should be able to select the countries.

I took out the links for the other countries, because Amazon is very selective about what it sells in other countries. But it's something I could add back in.

 

I've received a $1,200 bid via PM. I will not take any other bids via PM, so as to be fair to those that are going to bid. I was going to set $1500 as the reserve, but have changed that to $1200.
