    Hi,

    I am selling one of my very thoroughly designed, coded, and packaged together website. This really is something. The design is amazing (custom, worth $300+), it has extremely loyal members, and even features it's own exclusive and custom coded plugin. The best part, I am selling it for only $200 to the first person to BIN it.

    I am looking to sell, because I just do not have the time to work on this project. It has huge potential to become something exceedingly large, but with the amount of projects I currently am working on, I just do not have time to work on this one.
