    Never heard of it before. SEO does not have anything to do with the theme. What do you mean by, "it's good WP Theme with great SEO"?

    SEO _might_ have a bit to do with the theme. If the theme is properly coded (which next to none are), it might help with SEO in that it actually uses HTML the right way. If it also uses CSS properly to make the site responsive, and doesn't use javascript for everything, it might be more beneficial to SEO than a botched, crappy theme that does everything wrong. Note: this is a general observation, I haven't even looked at the linked theme.

    A professionally coded theme can help you to improve SEO. Wonder how?

    There is something called search engine crawlers/bots. If your theme is not properly coded, search engines won't be able to access your site properly. There is something called "Fetch and Render" in Google webmaster's tools. If a website theme doesn't has any influence on SEO, then why such features?

    So, a SEO friendly theme is nothing but a theme which
    • Doesn't block resources on a web page
    • Is lite-weight
    • Use Mark ups
    • Structured (navigation, links etc)
    I am not a theme developer or designer. So I can not just look into a theme and comment whether it is SEO friendly.

    But a well-coded theme can improve SEO. I can say that from my experience.

    For $44, the theme looks very gaudy. It might get the robots to my blog, but it will drive away humans.
