    No its a completely different script altogether - it uses 4images.

    As for the site speed - the server I am on is terrible, hoping to move to a reliable host soon.

    This script and smilies have been sold on this fourm many times. For someone to say "I plan to sell one copy" does not mean there is only one copy out there, there are lots and lots. And "I plan to" and "I will" are very different statements.

    Just look at the Similar Threads at the bottom of this thread ;-)

    Thats one. Also what about the 4images copyright at the footer that you should keep which is not existing?

    Buyers beware, these sites contains copyrighted images and I'm not aware that any permission has been granted to display them in this manner.

    IPB smileys are proprietary and permission is required to use them outside of IPB forums.

    Some artists may grant permission for website or gallery use however buyers should request a copy of that permission in writing before committing.
