Bet you won't realize its the ad. But on top, where you see that little round orange sun kind of thing. Pretty cool. I clicked, and I take pride in being ad-blind.

I think it is not against Adsense TOS because it does not say user to click on the ad.

    not legal due to TOS.

That looks great. I think that your Ad is probably OK by Google TOS. I did a little experiment of my own after seeing that Ad. However I'm quite sure that my Ad is against TOS. I will be removing it shortly. Check it out.

Update: I deleted the Google Ad and replaced it with a similar looking Click Bank Ad, I didn't expect people to actually click my Ad, even though I said "Don't Click this Google Ad!" LOL

cool placement... I like it. Just be sure that doesn't violate the TOS by drawing attention to your ad. Not sure all the adsense governing bodies anymore...

Thats really clever, the designer has a good eye too, it stands out well but doesn't look too obvious.

Well placing the ad close to or near to an image is not allowed as per TOS-forget about that ad-it is a clear violation as the ad is placed inside the image...logically one may be right that the image looks like a background and not image...but does googlebots apply logic...else there wouldnt have been so many bans and foul play cries by publishers...better to remove and play safe....my 2 cents:)

I don't think this is an example of amazing placement. I had to look good to see the ads.

People usually don't click in this area.
